Originally from China, Qigong (pronounced “chee gung”) is a traditional healing technique that supports the body’s natural tendency to return to balance and equilibrium.
It gently and profoundly creates strength, flexibility, & balance in muscles and joints through gentle flowing movements.
“Qi” is a traditional Chinese concept which means vital energy, life-force, information, breath or spirit.
Qi-gong is gentle, available to older people and those with physical limitations. It can be practiced standing, seated in a chair or lying down.
Cost $15 per class or $13 concession.
